With the Online Course you also have the option to upgrade to include working with Hannah 1:1. Through preparing for her own birth Hannah really saw the value in personalised birth education that is tailored to your unique circumstances and needs.
In our 1:1 sessions we can discuss your birth plan, clarify any of the hypnobirthing tools and techniques and answer any questions that you may have. These sessions are really driven by what you would like to know more about, including but not limited to creating or refining your birth plan, refresher of the hypnobirthing techniques, optimal positioning techniques, common interventions etc. 1:1 clients also receive personal email support from Hannah for any questions that may arise in preparing for your birth which is so helpful in the lead up to birth!
Hannah generally recommends the first session between 20-30 weeks, and then the second session around 34-36 weeks (as it is quite common for some lingering fears or concerns to pop up as you get closer to your birth), however this is just a guide and the sessions can be booked for whenever you feel is best. Private health rebates may apply on 1:1 sessions.

You receive training from an experienced midwife and multi-award winning Childbirth Educator who has personally taught hypnobirthing to over 750 families.
We not only discuss the physiology of pregnancy and birth, but you will also understand how your mind works and what you can do to help your body labour and birth more effectively.

Your birth partner will also learn how they can support you during labour - they will know exactly what they can do to help in labour, and how they can advocate for you and your birth preferences.
You will learn how to navigate interventions such as induction of labour and caesarean birth - this course prepares you for ALL the different paths that birth can take.
The course includes access to an easy to use app where you can find extra video training with Hannah, relaxation mp3s, prenatal yoga video, printable resources, a birth plan template, journal prompts, links to extra reading and research plus lots more!
1:1 session clients receive individual email support from Hannah leading up to your birth, so you have the opportunity to ask any questions and ensure that you are feeling confident for your birth.
PLUS you also receive free access to Hannah's 'I'm Pregnant! Now What?!' and 'Navigating an Induction' Online Masterclasses which each contain over 90 mins of detailed information + training with Hannah.
