Positive Breastfeeding + Postnatal Course

Are you currently pregnant and starting to panic about what will happen when you bring your new baby home?

Perhaps you are really wanting to breastfeed, but have heard so many stories from women who struggled and wonder if you will be the same?

Maybe your partner is wanting to know how you can work as a team during this time and what they can do to help?

‘I wish I had prepared for the postnatal period as much as I prepared for my birth.’

I hear this comment from SO many women and partners and have specifically created this course to help you feel confident and supported as you transition into your new role as parents! In current times it is even more important to be prepared for this huge period in your life.

This course is for women and support partners who want to achieve a positive transition into parenthood. This workshop incorporates up to date information, evidence based techniques and mindset tricks to help you to feel calm, confident and happy during those first few weeks at home with your new baby.

We will be covering what you need to know about breastfeeding, formula feeding, normal newborn behaviour, settling techniques and how to care for your baby, but we will also go further into why so many women and partners find this stage challenging and what you can do to set yourself up for success.

This course is about supporting you to achieve your own goals and to feel confident and supported during your postnatal period. This is a judgement free zone, and there are no silly questions!

As part of the course you will receive access to Online Resources to support your preparation, and handouts will be provided throughout the course - including a Postpartum Cheat Sheet that you can refer to once your baby arrives. Super handy!

Join me for the Positive Breastfeeding + Postpartum Course! *Taught Online via Zoom - you can attend from the comfort and safety of your own home*
