Hi Hannah, Sorry for the late reply! Thank you so much for all your advice! The reason I'm so late in replying is our little dude decided it was time to arrive!
Started feeling some twinges on Friday afternoon, progressed about 8.30 pm Saturday and ended up going into hospital at 3am.
Practiced my hypnobirthing in the bath for as long as possible, surges died down a bit after 5 hours and ended up in the labour ward, just as a drip was about to go in surges started up again.
Finally after a few more big pushes and many refusals to an episiotomy our little man arrived, drug free at 10:55am :) 3.87kg and 54cm long.
I think I listened to the Hypnobirthing tracks the whole 15 hours!
